We help SMEs and mid-sized companies multiply the value of what they already have — process knowledge, customer insight, workforce capability — and turn it into measurable performance gains through applied AI. Strategy first, execution always.

We're hiring a hunter to open new business across the US SME and mid-market segment. This is a full-cycle, individual-contributor sales role: you build the pipeline, run the conversation, and close the deal.

You'll:

- Build your own pipeline of SME and mid-sized prospects through outbound, referrals, and partnerships
- Run full-cycle sales — first call through signed contract
- Turn operational pain points into a clear business case
- Consistently hit new-business targets, not just activity metrics

You bring:

- 5+ years of quota-carrying, recent-logo sales experience (not account management)




- Direct experience selling to US SMEs and mid-sized companies
- A background in consulting, professional services, B2B SaaS, or AI/automation — you understand how these deals actually get bought
- A sharp, consultative style — comfortable talking strategy, not just features
- Self-direction to thrive fully remote

Nice to have: an existing network in the US SME and mid-market community; fluency in AI adoption and workflow automation concepts.
