- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement measures.
- Lead time and motion studies, establish standard time for all operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Poka-Yoke.
- Optimize material flow, layout, and workstation ergonomics to reduce waste and improve cycle time.
2. Capacity & Manpower Planning
- Develop and maintain plant capacity models based on customer demand and production plans.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment for various operations to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate line balancing and introduce automation where feasible.
3. Cost Reduction
- Drive initiatives for cost savings through process improvements, layout changes, and energy optimization.
- Monitor manufacturing cost per unit and implement projects to reduce conversion cost.

Current Model / Project Support
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and localization projects by defining process flow, layout, and equipment requirements.
- Validate process capability and ensure industrialization readiness before SOP (Start of Production).
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track OEE, productivity metrics, and efficiency KPIs on a regular basis.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly IE performance reports and present improvement actions.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and HR for smooth implementation of IE initiatives.
- Support HR in manpower budgeting and productivity-based incentive systems.
