About the Role

Arthlife is looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our retail network and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for the fashion/apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers and onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote Arthlife's product range and current collections.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience in Apparel, Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
