About Fixme Digital

Fixme Digital is a growing digital marketing agency managing social media, content, and ads for clients, including global brands. As we scale, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead execution and quality across our client accounts.

About the Role

This is an ownership role for someone who's done the basics and is ready to run client accounts with minimal supervision. You'll drive content quality, reporting accuracy, and day-to-day execution, while also guiding junior team members and interns.

Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and oversee social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for multiple clients
- Write and refine captions, content copy, and messaging for client brands
- Prepare and review weekly/monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, growth) before client delivery
- Manage and optimize Google Ads/Meta Ads reporting and basic campaign inputs
- Oversee graphic creation, ensuring brand consistency across clients
- Handle community management, including comments and DMs, and escalate client-sensitive issues appropriately
- Lead competitor research and proactively bring content/campaign ideas to clients
- Support onboarding and quality-check work from junior team members and interns

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and design tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously, including international clients
- Working knowledge of Google Ads/Meta Ads reporting and optimization
- Comfortable taking ownership of deliverables and client-facing quality
