About the Company

Rahane Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing financial services company specializing in trading, market research, and technology-driven financial solutions. We are looking for an experienced Algorithmic Trader to develop, test, and optimize systematic trading strategies for the Indian equity derivatives market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, back-test, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies.
- Analyse market data and identify quantitative trading opportunities.
- Design systematic strategies, primarily for Index Options.
- Review back-test results and support live deployment of strategies.
- Build and maintain trading infrastructure, including order execution and P&L; monitoring.
- Implement risk controls and monitor strategy performance.
- Collaborate with research and technology teams to improve trading systems.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Algorithmic Trading or Quantitative Trading.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of options trading, probability, statistics, and risk management.
- Experience trading Nifty, Bank Nifty, FINNIFTY, and Sensex derivatives.




- Knowledge of Indian Equity Derivatives (NSE), including Index Options, Futures, and Cash Equity.
- Experience with platforms such as MT Quant, Algo Test, Tradetron, Trade Algo, UTrade Algos, or similar trading platforms. Knowledge of APIs (FIX, Interactive Brokers API, etc.) will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Important: Please apply only if you have 2+ years of skilled experience in Algorithmic Trading or Quantitative Trading with a broking firm, proprietary trading firm, fintech company, research house, or financial services organization. Experience limited to personal trading or self-managed portfolios will not be considered. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview at our Noida office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
