We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, accurate record-keeping, and proper storage of materials while maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock verification.
- Coordinate material storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Prepare GRN, delivery challans, stock reports, and other warehouse documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse software/ERP for inventory updates and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software (preferred).
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
