We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting internal and external audit processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions including sales, quotations, purchases, and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Handle GST filing and TDS filing, ensuring timely submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Hands-on experience and solid working knowledge of GST filing is necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles, including GST filing and TDS filing.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
