The Technical Support Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to GOEC Autotech's EV charging solutions. The role involves ensuring prompt issue resolution, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining customer records, and building robust customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Shift Basis work:

6 am to 2 pm - 4 days
2 pm to 10 pm - 4 days

10 pm to 6 am - 4 days

Shift completed - 4 days weekoff

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Register and track customer complaints and service requests in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about GOEC Autotech's products, EV charging services, warranties, and support processes.
- Coordinate with the Technical Support, Service, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are fully resolved.




- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate department.

Required Qualifications

- B Tech graduates
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Care, CRM, Customer Support, or Call Centre operations.
- Experience in the EV, automobile, electrical, or technology sector is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada language skills are an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
