- Create the company’s supply chain strategy
- Monitoring achievement of Supply Chain Scorecard delivery & lead gap analysis to measure actual against target
- Maintaining SOP of SCM
- Evaluating and reviewing SCM operations business practices, updating & developing process documentation, streamlining opportunities, & eliminating non-value-added activities
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows

- Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance

- Ensuring smooth Demand forecasting considering key attributes. Release regional targets by volume/value.

- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly




- Maintain supply chain inventory and records
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
- Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with current or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
