Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to optimize system performance and reliability through effective problem-solving strategies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP Basis components and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with database management and backup/recovery procedures within SAP systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
