Responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting the firm's Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering consulting services. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing robust relationships with architects, developers, contractors, consultants, and facility owners, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. The Sales Engineer works closely with the engineering team to understand client requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project acquisition.
Key responsibilities include market development, lead generation, client presentations, tender and proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires maintaining market intelligence, tracking project opportunities,
and representing the company at industry events and networking activities.
Should possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and engineering consulting services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with relevant experience in MEP consulting or construction sales, is prefered
