- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design and development principles within integration platforms.
- Experience in configuring APIs and managing API lifecycle using integration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions and deployment strategies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
