Business Development Manager

Location: Thane
Experience: 8-10 Years

Responsibilities:





- Identify and generate client leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Schedule client meetings, understand needs, present company offerings, and close sales.
- Submit timely client offers, track and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Represent the firm at exhibitions and seminars.
- Update marketing materials (brochures, websites, etc.) and coordinate social media content with agencies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in Architecture, 8-10 years in business development at an architecture or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
