Job Description

- Must have – Deep domain in recruitment across junior and mid level for manufacturing or engineering organizations.

Recruitment (60% + load)

- Sourcing, shortlisting of candidates and organizing interviews
- Completion of onboarding & joining process

HR Administration

- Administration of Leave and Attendance of employees
- Documentation and maintaining personal records of employees
- Work with Finance and ensuring compliance of statutory requirements under various labour legislations
- MIS & reporting – Preparing MIS reports

Employee Relations and Organization Development

- Employee grievance redressals, coordinating employee relations and employee engagement activities
- Organizing induction and orientation for recent employees
- Coordinating training and development activities
