Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team at Window Grille Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC press brake machine to bend and form metal components as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Select correct tooling and programs for each job.
- Ensure precision and quality in every part produced.
- Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and production schedules.

Candidate Requirements:





- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in CNC press brake operations (freshers may be considered if skilled).
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their bending characteristics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Prior experience in sheet metal or fabrication industry.
