Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate
- Prior experience in Project Coordination, Operations, CSR Projects, Staffing, Audits, or Government Projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent organizational and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning to closure.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, trackers, and timelines.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients, vendors, internal teams, and field staff.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines while proactively identifying potential risks.
- Coordinate field team mobilization and resolve operational or logistical issues.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, MOMs, attendance records, and trackers.




- Support procurement activities and coordinate with vendors for timely resource availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports and dashboards.
- Assist in project budget tracking, resource utilization, and expenditure monitoring.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
- Facilitate smooth project handovers between departments and clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and project management or CRM tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
