SkillX is a fast-growing education company focused on helping learners build industry-ready skills through innovative training programs. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about lead generation, paid advertising, campaign optimization, and digital growth.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and performance marketing. If you enjoy managing high-performing campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and driving measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Drive high-quality lead generation and improve lead conversion across paid marketing channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to reduce Cost per Lead (CPL) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall Marketing ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize marketing funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Design, and Content teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, AI marketing tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital advertising.
- Support strategic digital marketing initiatives to increase admissions, brand visibility, and business growth.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.




- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign optimization.
- Experience optimizing marketing funnels, landing pages, audience targeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve ROI.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Service-based businesses is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Certification in Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
