Job description

· Monitor and maintain all fire fighting systems including fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, and emergency equipment.

· Conduct routine inspections of buildings, hostels, laboratories, electrical rooms, kitchens, and other campus facilities to identify fire hazards.

· Ensure all fire safety equipment is in working condition and serviced periodically.

· Assist in implementing fire safety policies, emergency response procedures, and evacuation plans.

· Conduct fire drills, mock evacuation exercises, and fire safety awareness programs for staff and students.

· Respond promptly during fire emergencies and coordinate evacuation and rescue operations.

· Maintain records of fire safety inspections, equipment maintenance,



incidents, and statutory compliance.

· Coordinate with Fire Department officials for inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements.

· Ensure emergency exits, fire escape routes, and safety signage are properly maintained and accessible.

· Coordinate with security, housekeeping, electrical, and maintenance teams regarding fire safety measures.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
