Job Summary
Lead operational support and administration of enterprise PKI infrastructure.
Provide Level-3 troubleshooting and escalation support for PKI-related incidents.
Manage Certificate Authorities (CA), Registration Authorities (RA), and certificate lifecycle operations.
Support digital certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and recovery processes.
Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and service disruptions.
Define and maintain PKI operational standards, policies, and procedures.
Review certificate lifecycle processes and identify automation opportunities.
Support HSM integration, certificate automation, and cryptographic services.
Ensure PKI compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
Manage customer communications, governance reviews, and operational reporting.
Mentor L1 and L2 resources and provide technical leadership.
Participate in PKI upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.

Skill Requirements
8–12 years of experience in PKI administration and support.
Strong experience with Microsoft PKI and Entrust PKI solutions.
Expertise in Certificate Authorities, Registration Authorities, CRL, OCSP, and HSM technologies.
Strong understanding of SSL/TLS, digital certificates, and cryptographic concepts.
Experience with PKI operations, governance, and compliance requirements.
Robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience leading Managed Services or Operations engagements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
