Job Title: Senior Manager / General Manager – Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to head the Accounts & Finance function across multiple businesses/group companies. The role will oversee financial governance, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic finance, while acting as a key advisor to promoters, CEO, and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end accounting and finance operations across group entities
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, annual & consolidated financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and working capital
- Oversee taxation (Direct & Indirect), audits, and statutory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Partner with business heads on strategy, expansion, M&A;,



and new initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance team; drive ERP and process improvements

Preferred Background:

- Experience with large organizations, diversified groups, or multi-location operations
- Exposure to manufacturing, services, retail, FMCG, infrastructure, or conglomerates
- Solid ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar)
