The role provides Application support for SAP logistics processes, ensuring stable operations, fast incident resolution and continuous improvement across SAP EWM, Inventory Management and Stock Room Management (SAP MM-IM or/and SAP WM)

Key Responsibilities :

- Application support: Receive, prioritize and document incidents and service requests with impact, evidence and reproduction steps. Analyze complex warehouse and inventory issues across configuration, logs, interfaces and process dependencies.
- Standard issue resolution: Resolve user issues, authorization questions, errors and transaction problems using defined procedures and knowledge articles. Get supported by AI features for ticket handling support.
- Cross-team coordination: Work with cross teams to resolve technical defects, interface failures and performance issues.
- Problem management: Being able to early identify recurring issues and define PDCA to able to resolve problems
- Change and release support: Support approved fixes, configuration changes, testing, transport preparation, release activities and cutover support.
- Operational excellence: Maintain runbooks,



support documentation and knowledge base articles to improve first-time resolution and system stability.
- Escalation management: Escalate to Level 3 or development teams where required, providing full diagnostics, evidence and business impact assessment.

Required Qualifications :

- Several years of experience in SAP application support, preferably in logistics, warehouse management or inventory management environments.
- Good functional knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP MM-IM and SAP SRM Stock Room Management (or Warehouse Management (SAP WM)), including inbound, outbound, stock movements, inventory handling and warehouse execution.
- Strong experience with ITSM processes, ticket handling, incident management, change management and structured troubleshooting.
- Basic technical understanding of SAP logs, jobs, interfaces, IDocs, RFCs and integration monitoring.
- Basic understanding, monitoring and error handling for APIs, Kafka streams, BTP and debugging
- Solid analytical skills, customer orientation and clear communication in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience with MES or other Level 3 system integrations connected to warehouse and inventory processes.
- German, Spanish or Mandarin
