Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Record to Report (R2R)

Experience Required

- Associate: 6–10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Record to Report (R2R) and financial accounting is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
- Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work with SAP for finance operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Requirements





- CA Inter or ICWA qualification is mandatory.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance/R2R.
- Experience in FP&A;, Intercompany Accounting, Hyperion, MIS Reporting, and Reconciliations.
- Must have experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory; SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to join within 45–60 days.
