We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technology professionals to support our growing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source and engage active/passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial screening, technical assessments coordination, and interview scheduling
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs




- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT/Technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills (developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.)
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a quick-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
