Head Barista | ORIGIN TWENTY THREE

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee program at ORIGIN TWENTY THREE, a premium specialty coffee café and roastery opening in Vadodara.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily coffee operations and maintain exceptional beverage quality.
- Train, mentor, and manage the barista team.
- Develop and standardize coffee recipes, brewing protocols, and workflow systems.
- Calibrate espresso and brewing equipment daily.
- Ensure consistency in espresso, manual brews, and specialty beverages.
- Manage coffee inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.
- Assist with customer engagement and create memorable coffee experiences.
- Work closely with the roasting team and contribute to menu development.

Requirements





- Minimum 2–3 years of specialty coffee experience.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, manual brewing methods, and coffee origins.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and specialty coffee culture.
- Experience with coffee roasting is an added advantage.
