Site Incharge – Detailed Job Description, KRA & KPIJob Purpose

To ensure safe, productive and profitable execution of site operations by managing manpower, machinery, client coordination and production.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and supervise daily site operations as per work order and client requirements.

· Deploy excavators, loaders, dozers, tippers and supporting equipment for optimum productivity.

· Monitor machine utilization, idle hours, fuel consumption and production output.

· Coordinate equipment breakdowns with the maintenance team and ensure timely repairs.

· Maintain daily production reports, machine logbooks, attendance, diesel records and shift reports.

· Ensure availability of operators, helpers, fuel, consumables and spare parts.

· Maintain compliance with client safety standards,



PPE usage and permit systems.

· Coordinate with client representatives for work planning, inspections and issue resolution.

· Report project progress, delays, incidents and resource requirements to management.

· Maintain discipline, housekeeping and efficient utilization of manpower and company assets.
