Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate embedded software for Instrument Cluster and Infotainment system applications.
- Design, develop, and integrate embedded software for Instrument Cluster and Infotainment system applications.
- Develop high-quality software using C/C++ and assembly, ensuring adherence to MISRA and coding standards.
- Work on RTOS-based platforms, including device driver development and hardware abstraction layers.
- Perform software debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, and test teams to ensure smooth hardware-software integration and feature validation.
- Participate in software reviews, architecture discussions, and root cause analysis for issue resolution.
- Use tools like DOORS, Enterprise Architect, CANalyzer/CANoe, Jira, SVN, GIT, and Codebeamer for requirement traceability, configuration management, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, CAN bus, UDS, and other automotive communication standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional and customer teams to deliver software solutions aligned with project timelines and quality goals.
Qualification
B. E / B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
M. E / M. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience
6-8 Years
Technical Details
- Strong experience in Embedded Software Development, with a proven track record of delivering complex automotive projects.
- Hands-on expertise in C, C++, and Assembly programming for embedded systems.
- Solid understanding of RTOS, device drivers, and low-level software architecture.
- Experience in software design and development for Instrument Cluster or Infotainment applications.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture, CAN/LIN protocols, and UDS diagnostics.
- Proficiency in debugging, testing, and integration of embedded software.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a global development setting.
