Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Events Manager (Volunteer) to enhance GiveWise’s digital presence and support our educational events, campaigns, webinars, and community engagement initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with an interest in social impact, education, content creation, branding, and event management.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

# Manage platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

#Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and awareness campaigns

#Develop and maintain a content calendar

# Schedule and publish content consistently

#Monitor engagement and audience growth

Content Creation

#Design skilled posts using Canva Create educational, motivational, and awareness content

#Develop event posters and promotional materials





#Support storytelling through content highlighting students, teachers, and NGO impacts

Event Management

#Plan and coordinate online webinars and educational events

#Assist with event promotion and registrations

#Coordinate with speakers, teachers, and team members

#Manage event reminders and communications

Prepare post-event reports and summaries

Requirements

#Strong interest in social impact and education

#Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

#Good communication and organizational skills

Basic understanding of social media platforms

#Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

#Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
