Job Title: CRM Executive (Real Estate) – MIS

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track leads, bookings, payments, and customer status.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, and registration.
- Prepare sales performance and inventory reports for management.
- Monitor CRM data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare management dashboards and reports using Excel and CRM software.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Basic Formulas).
- Knowledge of CRM software and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.




- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Robust negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM/MIS, preferably in the real estate industry
