- Coordinate and schedule service engineers for site visits, installations, and maintenance work
- Handle customer service requests via phone, email, and portals
- Prepare and manage service reports, job cards, and documentation
- Track service calls and ensure timely closure
- Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates
- Maintain service records, AMC details, and database
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, stores, accounts) for smooth operations
- Generate quotations, invoices, and service-related documents
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries/issues
- Experience : 4+ years in battery related field
