Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to support our Finance and Accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial record management, documentation, reconciliations, and accounting processes while providing exposure to a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
- Support data entry of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting transactions.
- Help prepare and organize payment and expense records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
- Maintain accurate filing of financial documents, both physical and digital.
- Support the team in preparing reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment-related documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts team.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or currently pursuing B.Com/M.Com.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive communication skills and a willingness to learn.
