Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and challenges, offering relevant products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives consistently.
- Conduct regular client meetings,



presentations, and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and compliance, to deliver seamless service and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and recommendations to clients.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and pipeline status.
