The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities to ensure a clean, hygienic, and protected hospital environment. Duties include supervising housekeeping staff, assigning daily work schedules, monitoring cleaning standards in wards, OPDs, ICUs, operation theatres, and common areas, and ensuring adherence to infection control and hospital hygiene protocols. The role involves training staff on proper cleaning procedures, use of equipment and chemicals, maintaining attendance and duty rosters, inspecting areas regularly, reporting maintenance issues, coordinating with nursing and administration teams, managing linen and waste disposal as per biomedical waste guidelines, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
