Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-up records
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance management and employee data handling
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and reports
Employee Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and coordination
- Support employee engagement and workplace communication activities
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and HR operational activities
- Maintain professionalism and smooth communication within the organization
- Support reporting and documentation processes
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office
- Valuable coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from HR or recruitment background preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Comfortable working from Sisai, Haryana location
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
