Job Title: Branch Manager – EdTech Firm
Location: Kollam, Kerala

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the Kollam branch of our EdTech organization. The candidate will be responsible for branch operations, student admissions, sales growth, team management, and ensuring excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Achieve admission, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales, counselling, and academic support teams.
- Develop local marketing strategies to increase student enrolments.
- Handle student and parent relationships.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure smooth coordination between faculty, operations, and management.
- Maintain branch reports, MIS, and operational compliance.
- Recruit,



train, and develop branch staff.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in EdTech, education, training institute, sales, or branch management.
- Solid leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in achieving sales/admission targets preferred.
