- Administrative duties and record keeping.
- Creation of job descriptions.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Manage Job Profiles and Open positions on Recruiting / Job Vacancy Portals
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Attributes:
Good Communication Skills with pleasant personality.
Positive Drafting and Writing Skills.
Should have very good exposure in recruitment and Induction/ Orientation.
