Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at real estate project sites in compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide safety induction training for new workers, contractors, and visitors before they enter the site.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and awareness sessions for all site personnel.
- Ensure effective implementation of safety measures related to excavation, scaffolding, height work, electrical safety, and material handling at construction sites.
- Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and preventive recommendations.
- Maintain statutory records including safety checklists, permits, safety observation reports, and accident records as per audit requirements.
- Assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments,



and Method Statements specific to site activities.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure availability of first aid and firefighting equipment at site.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and statutory authorities for safety compliance and documentation.
- Promote and sustain a strong safety culture across all levels of the project site team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Safety Engineering.
- Mandatory certification in Industrial Safety (ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Safety Engineer or Officer in real estate or construction projects.
- Good understanding of National Building Code (NBC), IS Codes, Factories Act, BOCW Act, and other safety regulations applicable to real estate construction.
- Experience in large residential or commercial building projects preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
