Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns
✅ Manage Amazon Ads and marketplace marketing activities
✅ Drive online sales, traffic, leads, and customer acquisition
✅ Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and ROAS
✅ Manage SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
✅ Analyze campaign performance and prepare management reports
✅ Develop strategies for e-commerce and marketplace growth
✅ Monitor competitors and identify new online growth opportunities
✅ Lead and guide the digital marketing team

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in Amazon Ads / Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Ads / Flipkart Seller Hub will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets.
- Positive understanding of ROI, ROAS, CAC,



CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Online Marketing / E-Commerce Marketing

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
