**Job Title:** Team Leader – Tele Sales (DSA Vertical)

**Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced **Team Leader – Tele Sales** to lead our DSA Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in banking or financial services.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives.

* Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.

* Drive loan sales through the DSA channel.

* Coach, train, and motivate team members.

* Monitor call quality and improve team productivity.

* Coordinate with operations for smooth loan processing.





* Prepare MIS reports and ensure target achievement.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Tele Sales, with team handling experience.

* Good knowledge of loan products and the DSA model.

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
