About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, Tally, and overall accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations.
- Process PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government departments.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent.
- 3–7+ years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST
- Income Tax
- TDS
- PF & ESIC
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of ROC compliance is an added advantage.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
