Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and schedule daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Repurpose magazine articles, interviews, and photography into social-first formats (reels, carousels, stories, LinkedIn posts).
- Track sports news / trends and identify real-time content opportunities.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community interaction.
- Collaborate with editorial and design teams to align social content with print/digital releases.
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Assist with influencer/athlete outreach and partnership content where relevant.
- Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a undergraduate degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Genuine interest in sports and sports journalism.
- Robust understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe is a plus)
- Excellent written communication and a good eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: experience running a personal or college sports/social page.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
