The candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining OT protocols, and ensuring patient safety and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the OT
- Check and prepare surgical instruments, implants, and consumables
- Handle OT documentation and records as per hospital protocols
- Assist in patient positioning and pre/post-operative care
- Ensure adherence to infection control and biomedical waste management guidelines
- Coordinate with CSSD and other departments for smooth OT functioning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
