Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and staff schedules
- Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and timely functioning
- Drive sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Guide customers with product knowledge (lens & frames)
- Supervise dispensing, quality checks, and delivery processes
- Monitor sales performance, reports, and collections
- Maintain stock, coordinate purchases, and manage inventory
- Ensure proper system updates and customer follow-ups
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
- Conduct staff training and support team development
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and management
