About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate management courses using industry-oriented pedagogy.
- Integrate real-world business practices, case studies, and contemporary industry trends into classroom teaching.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, placements, and career development.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation activities, and institutional initiatives.
- Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to academic excellence.
- Build industry-academia collaborations and facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and corporate interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in managerial or leadership positions.
- Experience as a Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager, Department Head,



Business Unit Head, Consultant, Director, or equivalent leadership role.
- Robust communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated interest in teaching, training, coaching, or knowledge sharing.
