Role Summary

The Saviynt Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, governance, and operational management of Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments. The role acts as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, overseeing IAM programs, driving delivery excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading teams responsible for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and entitlement management.

The individual will manage end-to-end Saviynt engagements, mentor technical teams, collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders, and ensure alignment with enterprise IAM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

IAM Program Delivery & Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Saviynt IGA implementations and enhancement programs.
- Manage multiple Saviynt projects, tracks, and support engagements simultaneously.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and governance activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to Saviynt consultants, engineers, and offshore delivery teams.

Saviynt Solution Architecture & Governance

- Define and review Saviynt solution architecture, design standards, and implementation approaches.
- Lead the design and deployment of:
- - Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)
- Access Request Management
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Certifications
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Compliance Reporting and Analytics





- Establish IAM governance frameworks and best practices aligned to organizational security requirements.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Saviynt deployments.

Application Onboarding & Integrations

- Oversee onboarding of enterprise applications into Saviynt.
- Provide architectural guidance for integrations involving:
- - Active Directory
- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
- LDAP
- SAP
- Cloud Applications
- JDBC Databases
- REST/SOAP APIs

- Drive automation initiatives to improve provisioning and governance processes.

Compliance, Risk & Audit Management

- Partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead access certification campaigns and audit support activities.
- Facilitate compliance with:
- - SOX
- SOC
- PCI-DSS
- ISO 27001
- Internal Governance Requirements

- Review and mitigate IAM-related risks and policy violations.

Operations & Service Management

- Oversee Saviynt platform support, upgrades, patches, and production operations.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and operational metrics.
- Drive continuous service improvements and platform optimization initiatives.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes related to IAM services.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and executive-level presentations.




- Act as an advisor to business and technology leaders on IAM strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams and client stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Support business development activities, RFP responses, proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
