Position Description:Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Graduated with B Tech / M Tech / relevant degree and 5-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Lead.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable handling data and drawing insights along with the coding abilities in any of the programming languages like Dotnet or Python or Java and any of the scripting technologies like PowerShell or Bash.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech savvy:
- Excellent Knowledge on Angular, REST API's, SQL, Relational Database Management, ETL and relevant technologies/toolsets would be an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on knowledge with Javascript, Angular (minimum v2.0), HTML, SCSS / CSS.
- Strong hands-on knowledge with C#, Dotnet Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework development.
- Strong hands-on knowledge with MS SQL Database and stored procedures.
- Very good in system design and user experience thinking.
- Good knowledge on Active Directory.
- Positive knowledge with DevOps.
- Hands-on skills with AI, Apache NiFi, OpenShift will be an add-on.
- Very good understanding with research, system design, user experience, and data flow tools.
- Understanding of networking, system architecture,



microservice architecture and cyber security standards.
- Strong experience of OOP's, SOLID Design Principles, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Unwavering commitment to operational security and best practices.

- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling data and documentation ensuring export control restrictions and organization's data privacy.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and help solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Research: Assist with research activities and communicating findings/plans with the team members.
- Support on Development: Assist the team in setting up frameworks, adopting new tools/technologies, and creating Proof of Concept (POCs).
- Improve Processes: Suggest ways to improve the features & activities with high performance and security standards.
- Documentation: Create reports and summarize research results. Ensure the data-driven approach is followed to show the measurable value. Help organize and store research data.
