Purpose of the role:

The position has been created to enable clear focus on sourcing of customers as per company norms and process as well ensure branch profitability and branch portfolio is maintained at a high quality level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Branch in terms of Sales
- Build a high quality loan portfolio
- Track and ensure repayments of the loans disbursed
- Maintain, manage & deliver SO productivity
- Responsible for achieving the Fee Income Target, WIRR and Cross Sell targets
- Ensure the PDDs are well within the limits of the branch and closely track with Sales Officers
- Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player




- Build and nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- Manage and lead Sales Officers at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads to achieve volumes and targeted market share in respective Used car dealership / DSAs
- Develop and manage customers and DSA/ Dealer relationships through face to face interactions
- Responsible for optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team
- Initiate marketing program/BRL activities from time to time in the assigned branch location
- Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice 'First Time Right' principle
- Ensure 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
- Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments

Desired Experience:

- Number of years of experience: 2 - 10 years
- Type of companies/sector worked for: Private commercial banks and large NBFCs
- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales & Collection side of New Cars & Used cars.
- Languages: Tamil/Hindi/English
- Computer/technical skills: Handy with Basic Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

- Graduation: Any stream
- Post-graduation: MBA preferred
- Skilled Qualifications: Graduate & above
- Certifications: If any would be an added advantage
