As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive successful delivery and maintain seamless communication across teams.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project objectives.




- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus.
- Solid knowledge of data modeling and report development within business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing dashboards and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with integrating data from multiple sources and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus.
