Areas Of Responsibility

- Sr, Executive role in IP litigations - FTO searches & evaluation reports, identifying IP risks during pre-PIF assessment and providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders.
- IP Landscape Preparation, FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports
- Pre-PIF assessments: Preparation of prosecution summary of relevant patents, IP Summary etc.
- IP litigation support: Document collection, Discovery support and review documents.
- Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams
- New Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios
- Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developments

Job RequirementsEducational Qualification

Master of Pharmacy or M.S. (Pharma) or M. Tech. (Pharma) or Ph.D. (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred) from reputed institute.

Specific Certification

P.G. Diploma in Patents Law (preferred)

Experience

At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in IP domain

Skill (Functional & Behavioural)

Sound understanding of IP dynamics, technical skills, Valuable communication skills, Team player, Agility & adaptability.
