Core Institute Technologys is looking for a technically proficient Civil QA/QC Faculty to deliver industry-focused training in Civil QA/QC and Quantity Surveying. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor aspiring engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training in Civil QA/QC, Quantity Surveying, BOQ, and construction documentation
- Train students in drawing interpretation and estimation practices
- Conduct practical sessions using MS Excel and PlanSwift
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and technical assignments
- Guide students for industry readiness and placements

Required Qualifications





- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC and Quantity Surveying
- Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory
- PlanSwift proficiency preferred
- Solid communication and presentation skills

Preferred Profile

- Prior teaching or industry experience is an advantage
- Freshers with strong technical expertise may also apply
- Candidates from Attingal or nearby locations preferred
