Product/ Business Area - Tata Steel has launched current Downstream Branded Products viz. TATA Smartfab, TATA ReadyBuild, TATA Pravesh etc. GK Ispat Private Limited in their role as Authorised Distributor are keen to grow these product portfolios.

Location - Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Description -

In order to develop and grow the above branded products candidate along with his reportees will be required to

- gain in depth knowledge of the products including their value propositions, cost benefit analysis and other unique offerings.
- Map business potential for these products for the area(s) within Karnataka.
- Identify Potential Customers( current and future) and Influencers ( Architects, Project Design Team etc. ) for Business Development along with his team.
- Develop and implement Customer Contact plan for his team ( including cold calls ) for making them aware of the products and their value proposition.
- Follow up on 'hot' leads for generation of enquiries and orders.




- Generate an Annual Business plan and ways to achieve it.

Qualifications/ Experience -

- Candidate must BE (and / or Diploma ) in Civil and Structural Engg and / or PG in Business Mgmt
- Candidates must have minimum 5 years sales and bus. dev experience in the Construction or related Industry
- Others -

- Candidate should have:

- - sound negotiation, communication and inter personal skills.
- must exhibit passion for customer, result and achievement orientation.
- Must be able to lead, guide and mentor his team effectively - conduct relevant Performance Mgmt of his team.
- Knowledge of local language will be an added plus point.
